Bug: Acme: win cat file doesn't print the full content of the file

Steps to reproduce the problem

I have a file with 170 lines. Trying to print it with win cat file doesn't print the full content, but stops at some point.

There is a reason to run commands as arguments to win. One is to run commands as root, with win sudo cat file, in which case the output gets truncated as well.
