seems to work with pillar[radicale:auth:type] = htpasswd on
- Ubuntu 14.04.1 (with radicale 0.8-1)
- Fedora 20 (radicale 0.9)
- FreeBSD 10.0 (radicale 0.8_1)

fixed problem with radicale/map.jinja messing with the logfile's location on Fedora
Fixed service not starting on FreeBSD at first run of state: The logfile writable for radicale was created after the state tried to start the service. Added 'file: radicale-logfile' to require.
